Shipping Policy
We ship across India through our trusted courier partner, Delhivery. For international orders and customisations, please contact us at samridhi.lakhotia@houseoflakhotia.com.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free shipping is offered on all orders above INR 5,000.
- For orders below INR 5,000, shipping charges are calculated based on the product size, packaging requirements, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after entering the shipping address.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
- Standard Shipping: 4–5 working days
- Express Shipping: 2 working days (available at an additional cost)
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond the control of House of Lakhotia—such as limited courier serviceability or inaccessible delivery locations—we will notify you and cancel the order. A store credit or full refund will be issued accordingly.
If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect or incomplete address details or recipient unavailability, refunds or store credits will not be issued. The order can be re-shipped upon payment of the applicable shipping and RTO charges.
