Refund & Exchange

At House of Lakhotia, each product is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with great attention to detail. A significant amount of time, care, and effort goes into creating every piece. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a request, kindly email us at samridhi.lakhotia@houseoflakhotia.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging (if damaged)

Our team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 working days.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the product or offer a store credit/refund, depending on product availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging for a replacement to be processed.
  • Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of the product and photography, and will not be considered defects.
